Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM with drive thru only hours Friday until 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Please visit our “Contact Us” for specific location information.

ACH stands for Automated Clearing House. It's an electronic network used for financial transactions in the United States, commonly used for direct deposits, bill payments, and transferring funds between banks.

Switching banks is easier than you think! Here's how we make it simple:
  1. Open your new Cornerstone account in person at 1819 Frederica St., Owensboro, KY 42301
  2. List your automatic payments and direct deposits (we provide a checklist)
  3. Update your direct deposits with your employer or benefits provider
  4. Transfer your automatic payments to your new account
  5. Keep your old account open for 1-2 months to catch any lingering transactions
  6. Close your old account once everything has transferred
